2010 U.S. Open, Men’s Final: It’s Raining, Again

Here we go again. It’s raining and play is suspended. At about 6 p.m., tournament referee Brian Earley, who looks a little like George Plimpton, walked onto the court and called the players off. Both Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal were whisked into the tunnel.

When we come back it’ll be 4-4, 30-30 in the second set, with Djokovic serving. Nadal won the first set, 6-4.
