Leaving Big 12 Will Cost Nebraska Over 9 Million Dollars

Dan Beebe doesn’t want you to go, Nebraska, he loves you that much. It is a love that hurts so deep that only 9.225 million could ever make it right. The AP reports today that Nebraska will fork over just that much to the Big 12 for the privilege to play in the Big Ten. As for the steep cost of leaving his former conference home, Nebraska AD called it a “very good investment.”
