Kasperski is looking to start a junior hockey team in Canada, and is lgiving any person with a minimum investment of $50 the chance become a part owner through an internet based ownership group. ↵A website, dedicated to member/owners, would be the forum for club matters. Voting on issues would take place within the website and if nothing else, participants would get the sense that they’re helping run a hockey team.
