With the 93rd pick of the 2011 NFL Draft, the Chicago Bears have taken Chris Conte, a saftey from California. Conte has decent size and great pursuit skills; if the Bears are looking for a safety who can cheat up and make plays in the run game, Conte might be it.

The Bears’ draft class now includes Conte, Wisconsin tackle Gabe Carimi, and Oregon State defensive tackle Stephen Paea.
