2011 NFL Draft Results: Jerrell Powe To Chiefs With Tom Brady Pick

The 2011 NFL draft goes on with the sixth round. Let’s examine picks 196-200:

196. Pittsburgh Steelers select G Keith Williams. Out of Nebraska, he's an All-Big 12 honorable mention. He has 34 career starts which means the Steelers have plenty of tape on him.

197. Green Bay Packers select DE Ricky Elmore. Out of Arizona, he was a second team All-Pac-10 and had 11 sacks last season along with 49 tackles.

198. New York Giants select CB Tyler Sash. Out of IOwa, he's a two-time first team All-Big Ten selection. He had 217 tackles in his career and was a third team AP All-American in 2009.

199. Kansas City Chiefs select DT Jerrell Powe. This was the 199th pick and, you know who else was drafted by Scott Pioli at No. 199? Tom Brady. With this pick, the Chiefs get a potential nose tackle of the future. As a Chiefs fan, I love this pick.

200. Minnesota Vikings select LB Ross Homan. Out of Ohio State, he stands 6'1" and 240 pounds. He'll be on a solid defense so he may not play right away but I like his potential coming out of Ohio State.

Rounds 4 through 7 of the NFL Draft all take place on Saturday afternoon. Stay tuned to this StoryStream for live draft results.
