The seventh, and final, round of the 2011 NFL Draft began with Virgil Green and ended with Mr. Irrelevant, one of the great traditions of the draft. The final pick in the draft earns the term of endearment, along with quite the haul of prizes. This year, Mr. Irrelevant was Cheta Ozougwu, a defensive end from Rice with an outstanding name.
