By my count, 46 underclassmen have declared for the 2011 NFL Draft. Players have until Saturday to declare for the draft. After that, they have 72 hours to rescind their declaration. The NFL releases the full list of players on Jan. 19.
46 underclassmen currently declared for 2011 NFL Draft
Last season, 53 underclassmen entered the 2010 NFL Draft. That number tied a record for most underclassmen in the draft. A lot of people have been saying in the comments that not a lot of underclassmen are entering the draft, but this number would be about normal. In 2009, 46 declared. In 2008, there were 53.
