Brandon Dubinsky is the leading scorer on a team that, basically, can't score. Losing him for an substantial amount of time could be a devastating blow to the New York Rangers, especially given the fact that Marian Gaborik can't put the puck in the net and Ryan Callahan's out with injury until the end of the month.

That blow came down hard on the team this afternoon, when they learned they’d lose Dubinsky for up to a month.
New York Rangers President and General Manager Glen Sather announced today that Brandon Dubinsky has suffered a stress fracture of the fibula in his left leg, and is expected to be sidelined for three to four weeks.

Dubinsky leads the team in goals, assists, points, shots (124), power play goals (four), power play assists (six), and power play points (10), and leads all team forwards in average ice time (20:07).
Needless to say, some other guys are going to have to step up now. Dubinsky is probably the second-most important player on the team, outside of Henrik Lundqvist. A lot falls on that man's shoulders now, though. With limited offense and a very young defense, it's going to be up to the goaltender to steal a few games and keep the Rangers afloat in the Eastern Conference.
