Wall Street Journal - Andrew Luck, Mortal
Let me get this straight: The Indianapolis Colts should intentionally go 0-16 so they can draft a quarterback who's a game manager? This question is absurd, of course. But then, so is college football. No other sport is so influenced by perceptions over facts. The latest example of this is Stanford star quarterback Andrew Luck. He's the presumptive first-overall NFL draft pick, the beneficiary of three years of unrelenting hype, the subject of an NFL fan campaign predicated on losing as much as possible to improve draft position.

Stampede Blue - Colts fans, did you watch Andrew Luck lose to Oregon last night? Sure you did
Admit it. You watched Andrew Luck throw three touchdowns against Oregon last night. You watched the Stanford defense give up 53 points at home in a game that was, arguably, the biggest game in Stanford’s recent history.

Indianapolis Star - Colts fall 0-10 with 17-3 loss to Jaguars
In a game widely considered the Colts’ best chance to win this season, they lost to Jacksonville 17-3 today at Lucas Oil Stadium. The Colts are 0-10 for the first time since 1997.
