The math gets real simple for championship leader Austin Dillon. If the driver of the Richard Childress no. 3 finishes 16th or better, he will be crowned Truck Series champion. With just 36 starting entries and many of them start-and-parks, Johnny Sauter and James Buescher is pretty much left looking for a miracle.
Buescher may have received his first such miracle when qualifying was rained out, giving the driver of the Exide Chevrolet pole position. Starting beside him on the front row is Ty Dillon. Austin Dillon starts the Ford 200 fourth and Sauter starts fifth.
Sprint Cup Series regulars Kevin Harvick (starting 8th) and Denny Hamlin (17th) are also in the starting lineup.
