2012 NFL Draft: Indianapolis Colts can secure No. 1 pick with loss

Next time you make a mock draft, get your pen out — because i know you write out your mock by hand. If the Indianapolis Colts (0-13) lose to the Tennessee Titans today, they will clinch the No. 1 pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.

It's true, despite being without a win at this point, there is still a chance (albeit a slight one) that either the Vikings or Rams could lose out while the Colts win out. The Rams host the Bengals while the Vikings welcome the Saints.

At this point, it's nearly a given that the Colts will use the pick to draft Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck. The more important storyline to follow is what the Colts will do with Peyton Manning. Will they keep at a lower salary, cut him or try to trade him? So the choice may not be a mystery, but the repercussions of it will be.
