Valentine Gift Ideas for your NFL Draft Loving Husband

Today is that lovely day that every man dreads. Its a day where a lot of time, effort, and money is spent doing things that are not very appealing. I personally hate shopping for flowers or jewelry, maybe it’s my lack of interest in those topics but I am clueless when it comes to finding the right gift. We always hear about, its the thought that counts, but honestly it frustrates me more when you spend money on a gift that only ends up in a drawer somewhere. With that being said, I was generous enough to develop a list of gift ideas for the NFL Draft loving individual. I feel that this generous act should be considered my wife’s Valentines gift. As usual, I would love to hear some other NFL Draft gift ideas or maybe some suggestions on what to get my wife.

#5- NFL Draft Party Pack- This one is an easy gift that should best be given in IOU form. Basically, gather some of your significant others favorite TV watching items. Start the gift off with an analysis filled NFL Draft magazine which will help fill the individual with all the draft knowledge necessary to enjoy the big day. Next, I suggest providing his/her favorite adult beverage and wings that will be enjoyed as the NFL Draft kicks off. Lastly, allow your NFL Draft fan to sit back, relax, and enjoy the drama unfold.

After the Jump you can find the rest of my list!

#4-NFL Sunday Ticket/Redzone Channel- This is a great gift for any football fan as it gives them the opportunity to take in the max amount of football games. You have to admit that FOX/CBS struggle to schedule great match-ups every week and this gift will help ease that pain.

#3- HD TV- There is no better way to enjoy the NFL Draft at home then with a big screen high def television. Your significant other will be extremely happy with this gift and it also will provide you with some enjoyment, win-win situation!

#2- FREE Weekend- The NFL recently restructured their NFL Draft coverage to span across three days. The most avid draft fans enjoy every minute so make yourself scarce. Plan a trip for yourself and allow your partner to sit back and enjoy the draft uninterrupted.

#1- New York Trip- Plan a trip to New York City for the big event. Get a hold of some tickets to the Draft and allow the person you care about most find themselves sleeping in Madison Square Garden while being filmed by ESPN.
