2011 NFL Draft Big Board- Dove’s Take

The great thing about the NFL Draft is that everyone has a different opinion about the various prospects. We are no different at Mocking the Draft so expect to see several Big Board articles from our different writers. I have had a fluid Big Board going since right after the 2010 NFL Draft.

This board was impacted by the results of the Senior Bowl which forced me to go back and watch more games of several prospects. The biggest riser on my board is Baylor defensive tackle Phil Taylor. Prior to the Senior Bowl, I had Taylor as a solid 2nd round pick but the extra looks I was able to get left impressed. He has a real chance to be a great nose tackle in the NFL; something every 3-4 team is coveting. After the jump check out the rest of my rankings and be sure to take in some of our Scouting Reports!

This player should be a plug-and-play replacement for Mekhi Becton right off the bat.

He’s a bit of a liability in the run game, but his potential in the pass game was enough for Buffalo Rumblings.
