IndyCar Series Adopts Some NASCAR Rules; Our IndyCar Blogger Says Fans Aren’t Too Thrilled

IndyCar fans have a tendency to turn their noses up at many things NASCAR-related, so imagine what they’re thinking today after IndyCar announced it would use double-file restarts and the free pass rule in America’s top open-wheel series.

Double-file restarts and the free pass have made NASCAR races more exciting, but somewhat artificially. IndyCar fans don’t like that.
