In his Monday Morning Quarterback column, Peter King of Sports Illustrated reports that he was told by "a good source" that the Philadelphia Eagles have been offered a first-round pick for quarterback Kevin Kolb.

“Now (Andy Reid is) looking for a team with a higher choice in the round to make him a better deal,” King wrote.
That quote would lead me to believe that it may be the Seattle Seahawks, if an offer has actually been sent. Of the teams in the draft after pick 18, Seattle is the only one that really needs a quarterback.
Even though the Seahawks traded their third-round pick this year to San Diego for Charlie Whitehurst, this is a trade that makes sense. Whitehurst has never shown he can be an NFL starter.
Kolb’s sample size, seven starts, is also small. However, he played pretty well when he was given an opportunity. He’s also a perfect fit for the West Coast offense Seattle wants to use.
