It appears that Aqib Talib has had yet another off-the-field problem. According to this story, Talib is a person of interest in a shots fired incident. Talib has a history of off the field trouble which has limited his ability to develop.
Aqib Talib’s off-the-field problems could impact NFL Draft

A few weeks ago, I felt that the Bucs would look at selecting a cornerback in the 1st round because of both Talib's off the field problems and Ronde Barber's age. Tampa might be in prime position to select the third-rated cornerback on my board, Brandon Harris.
Another name Tampa might consider is Jimmy Smith but if they learned a lesson from Talib they might pass on Smith who also has some character red flags. Mocking the Draft staff member Matthew Fairburn recently posted an article outlining Tampa Bay’s top three needs and cornerback was not listed. However, it appears likely that this development could alter their draft board and push the cornerback position into consideration. They might find themselves in a situation where either Harris or Smith are the best player available when pick No. 20 rolls around.
