Dodgers’ Rafael Furcal ‘Speaking Out Of Frustration’

Baseball writers who cover the Los Angeles Dodgers aren't convinced that shortstop Rafael Furcal was serious about retiring after he broke his thumb in a win over the Giants on Monday. Ken Gurnick of MLB.com described Furcal's mood as "despondent."
