Pacers’ Darren Collison Sprains Ankle In Game 2 Against Bulls

Guard Darren Collison left Game 2 of the Indiana Pacers' playoff series against the Chicago Bulls with a sprained left ankle and he will not return to the game.

Collison was injured going up for a layup late in the second quarter. As he came down, he rolled the ankle landing on a cameraman.

He tried to run on the court before the start of second half but was in obvious distress. Collison tried to test the ankle at the half but the team said he would not play in the second half.

Collison had scored 8 points and grabbed 2 rebounds in 15 minutes of action before leaving the game. A.J. Price has played more minutes in his absence.
