Open Race Thread: NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Kroger 250 | Martinsville Speedway

Update: Kyle Busch Motorsports just announced this morning that former F1 Champion Kimi Raikkonen to drive in the Camping World Truck Series for selected races during the rest of this season. Full press release to follow when I get to a computer.

When it comes to Martinsville and truck racing I get all mathematical about it. Let me explain:

Camping World Truck Series pick-up trucks + Martinsville Speedway = Beating and Banging Excitement

At least that’s what I think and I also think that others believe it too, otherwise they wouldn’t have added a second truck race at Martinsville a few years back.

Look for some close racing, some high tempers, and for some beat up trucks when this race is done!

Qualifying had not started at the time of this posting so here is the qualifying order for today's race (via nascar.com). Suffice it to say that if you don't qualify at least in the top 20 you probably won't win the race.

I hope you can join in on the discussion today. See you on the other side, in the comment area of course!
