Unlike our intrepid leader, I was initially against the commissioner’s proposed wild card expansion. That is, until I learned the WNBA tried a similar scheme a few years ago. I am now convinced that this idea, like the WNBA itself, is a can’t-miss, perpetual money-making runaway train/unstoppable juggernaut.
