VIDEO: UFC 129 Pre-Fight Press Conference

As we rapidly approach UFC 129 SB Nation MMA will have live coverage of today's press conference from Toronto, Ontario, Canada including streaming video from the Heritage Court – Direct Energy Centre with UFC President Dana White, event headliners Georges St. Pierre and Jake Shields, co-headliners Jose Aldo and Mark Hominick, plus Randy Couture and Lyoto Machida.

Join us at at 1 p.m. ET and share your thoughts as the press conference unfolds. We'll also be live Tweeting the responses from the fighters or UFC brass.

Based on my experience with approximately ten radio shows in markets from Florida to Toronto itself, much of the attention and focus is on Couture. His announcement that this was very likely his last fight in the UFC has sparked intrigue and reflection. There’s also ample energies focused on GSP and whether he’ll earn a position at the top fighter in MMA with a win over Shields. Shields, by contrast, has very few believers. There is little to no interest in Hominick vs. Aldo, although I suspect that will change after the fight itself.
