Friends of Williamson said he suffered a heart attack though no official cause of death has been released. An attendant at Euclid Hospital in Euclid, Ohio, confirmed at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday that Williamson was a patient earlier in the day and had been discharged.SB Nation’s MAC blog, Hustle Belt, points the way to Williamson’s final Facebook update, calling it “utterly chilling”:
Boo Jackson, Ohio's outgoing starting quarterback and Williamson's classmate, adds his condolences:
Williamson had been a college graduate and working adult for several months, but that doesn't make him any less a kid in our eyes right now. Our thoughts are with his family and the Ohio Bobcats community.
