You’d think his teammates would be happy for Carlos Santana after his walk-off grand slam last night, but, like the seniors in Dazed and Confused, they waited for him at home plate, taunting him mercilessly as he rounded the bases. Finally, as a “reward” for winning the ballgame, the frenzied mob administered a pummeling to the young catcher, the likes of which this observer has rarely seen. Seems like this Indians squad has a lot of growing up to do.
