To that end, wave goodbye to Dorian Bell, the redshirt Ohio State sophomore thought ready to compete for a starting nod at outside linebacker in 2011. After pulling down a season-long suspension from Jim Tressel for his third violation of the same team rule (not his first stint in the Buckeye coaches' doghouse), Bell will reportedly return to his home state of Pennsylvania and enroll at Pitt.

Repeated violations of team rules stunted Bell’s growth as a player, however, and he will leave Ohio State with much less fanfare than when he arrived.
