The movie adaptation of Michael Lewis’ The Blind Side had innumerable faults, not least of which was its enabling of the phrase, “Oscar Winner Sandra Bullock” (where was the Academy when Speed came out, we ask you?!), but of all the flaws to choose from, the NCAA is choosing to take issue with the way its investigators were portrayed as super-mean in the film. Still waiting on authorities to address how the studio’s casting department was apparently utterly unable to find an actress hot enough to play the real-life Tuohy daughter, in Hollywood. Like they’re not even trying!
