After rainy conditions shortened Saturday’s Indianapolis 500 practices, worsening weather caused Sunday’s events to be canceled at 1:08 pm local time. Monday’s Indianapolis Motor Speedway forecast should permit teams to start catching up on lost work time in advance of the May 29 race.

With little else going on, drivers and crew members busied themselves while A.J. Foyt, Al Unser and Rick Mears were honored as the front row of the Indianapolis 500’s all-time greatest lineup.

The three drivers won the race four times each, tying for the most in its soon-to-be 100-year history. Mears is the most recent Indy 500 winner, having taken his last swig of victory milk in 1991.
