Saucer Of Milk For College Football Hall Of Famer Lloyd Carr, Please

From the lofty perch of a College Football Hall of Fame “enshrinee,” Lloyd Carr can see forever on a clear day — or at least as far as Columbus, so he knows where to point his finger while snickering openly in the general direction of a certain horseshoe-shaped sports venue.

↵↵Carr said the NCAA’s reliance on its members to report their own violations puts the organization in a tight spot because there’s “ample evidence, down through the years that some people are not self-reporting.”

↵↵

It’s the Associated Press doing this interview, so they’re not going to put SOME PEOPLE in all-caps blinking 60-point font, but message received, Lloydster.
