ESPN NFL Draft analyst Mel Kiper has put out his first 2012 NFL Draft big board and it features few surprises.
Mel Kiper releases first 2012 NFL Draft big board

Like many others, Kiper has Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck first and North Carolina defensive lineman Quinton Coples second.
Kiper’s big board is In$ider content, but you can see the first five here. The only noteworthy inclusion in the top five is Southern California offensive tackle Matt Kalil at No. 3.
Alabama has the most players on Kiper's list with three. That would be cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick, running back Trent Richardson and linebacker Courtney Upshaw. Five schools – Miami, North Carolina, South Carolina, Stanford and USC – have two players listed. Every player on the list comes from a BCS school, so that means Kiper doesn't have the North Alabama-bound Janoris Jenkins in his top 25.
You can compare Kiper’s top 25 to mine by checking out the MtD top 100 here.
