As Michigan ponders a stay in throwback country, another way-back Michigan memory resurfaces: Appalachian State is ponderously considering a jump to I-A play, retroactively making its nationally-adored pantsing of the Wolverines marginally less shameful a chapter in Big House lore. Marginally, mind.
