Tuesday NFL Draft links to click

As the months roll on and the draft talk starts to dry up, our daily links will begin to feature general football-related links. If you have something good, toss it in the comments.

CBS Sports/NFL Draft Scout - Luck's top WR Owusu highly rated by scouts
The grades from the National Football Scouting service are getting out a crawl, but they're interesting. According to Rob Rang, Stanford senior wide receiver received a 5.9 grade. That typically means he's considered a second- or third-round pick. As Rang points out, Greg Little and Jerrel Jernigan received 5.9 grades before last season.

National Football Post - Scouting Series: Michigan
Wes Bunting breaks down the top senior prospects from Michigan. The best among them is defensive tackle Mike Martin. Although Bunting says he’s limited and doesn’t have a great frame, he’s the kind of player you don’t want to bet against.

Arizona Cardinals official site - Ken Whisenhunt talks about quarterbacks
Says Whisenhunt: “We are going to get the best player we can get based on how we have them rated. If you had a chance to get a young quarterback you think could develop into a great player for you for a decade, as opposed to a veteran player you think could come in and help you right now, you’ve got to go with your evaluation and the player you have rated higher.”

ESPN.com - Ranking the SEC defensive tackles
Blogger Edward Aschoff rates Florida senior Jaye Howard as the best interior lineman in the SEC. One player he undersells is Alabama’s Josh Chapman, ranking him fifth. See his defensive end rankings here.
