Marlins Finally Win A Close One

By beating the A’s 5-4 today, the Marlins broke a 14-game losing streak in one-run games. Which I had completely missed.

↵Oddly, the Marlins’ 36-45 record exactly matches their run differential. How? Before the 0-14 streak, they were 14-4 in one-run games. Florida hasn’t been lucky this season, but neither have they been particularly unlucky (Hanley Ramirez notwithstanding). This is just who they are.
