A couple of weeks ago, I urged that laws be passed to prohibit non-baseball players from signing baseballs. Now I find this, a ball signed by Jacques Cousteau. Unless it turns out he played third base for the Vichy Navy Nine, there is no way his signature should grace a baseball!
