8 p.m., FSN Wisconsin, FSN North: Cardinals at Brewers. The Brewers have a ridiculous 50-16 home record and lead the Cardinals by 10.5 games. If Milwaukee sweeps this series, their magic number would be reduced to 12 -- on September 1.

8 p.m., CSN Chicago, FSN North: Twins at White Sox. The White Sox edged to within five games of the Tigers Monday night. Every time they do this, they then seem to go on a five-game losing streak.

10 p.m., WGN, CSN Bay Area: Cubs at Giants. What sort of pitching wonders will fans of these teams see tonight? Matt Garza faces Ryan Vogelsong.
