Hey Everybody, Look At Doug Fister!

As of this writing, Doug Fister is perfect through six against the Royals, having thrown 73 pitches. He doesn’t yet have a single run of support, but then, Doug Fister is used to that.

↵And he hasn’t just lucked his way here, either. Fister has five strikeouts, he’s generated nine swinging strikes, and of the Royals’ 13 balls in play, 11 have been grounders, and one has been classified as a line drive.

↵UPDATE: and it’s broken up in the top of the seventh by this guy. Good going, Neyer.
