Barcelona Vs. Club America 2011: Full Time, Barca Wins By 2-0 Score

After a shaky few preseason games, Barcelona appears to have gotten most of the rust off after their 4-1 beating at the hands of Chivas Guadalajara. The easily dispatched of Chivas' Mexican rivals on Saturday night, defeating Club America by a final score of 2-0 in the final match of the World Football Challenge.

David Villa scored the opening goal, but he really should have had a hat trick, if not more. His teammates created a variety of chances for him, but Spain's all-time leading scorer just didn't have his shooting boots on this evening. He was in position to finish a half dozen good chances in the first half, but only connected on one.

The second goal was scored in the second half, finished by Seydou Keita and created by 17-year-old budding star Gerard Deulofeu. Though he's only played one game for Barcelona B, Deulofeu already looks like a professional and an immense talent, and his run and cross to set up Keita was nothing short of magical.
