Chase Driver Keselowski Wins in Chicagoland: The Dollar General 300 Review

Brad Keselowski ... sorry, 2011 Chase driver Brad Keselowski, dominated the Chicagoland Nationwide Race on the way to his third win of 2011. Keso should now be favored to take home the Cup race at Chicagoland this weekend.

Ricky Stenhouse left Chicagoland with the points lead for the eighth straight week. Thanks to the off week next weekend, he will have led the points for nine straight weeks. There is still a chance that in two weeks Elliott Sadler could retake the points lead. Stenhouse is proving he can sustain the points lead and honestly, Ricky should be a future Cup series star.

Brian Scott finally started to show he belongs at Joe Gibbs Racing, and Ryan Truex proved yet again that he should be a full-time Nationwide Contender. Next year could be very interesting if Truex joins Joe Gibbs. It’s still a three dog race for the championship, but don’t count out Aric Almirola at this point either. Here’s the best battle in NASCAR:
