MLB Playoff Schedule: Times For NLDS Weekend Games Announced

After a wild final day of the regular season, the NLDS schedule has been set, and now, game times have been announced for Sunday’s playoff openers.

The Philadelphia Phillies will open their series at home against the Cardinals, with game time set for 4:30 p.m. Eastern/3:30 p.m. Central on TBS. The Phillies own the best record in baseball, going 102-60 in the regular season. The Cardinals barely clinched a wildcard spot after they beat the Houston Astros and the Atlanta Braves lost to the Phillies on Wednesday night.

The Arizona Diamondbacks will take on the Milwaukee Brewers at Miller Park at 8:00 p.m. Eastern/7:00 p.m. Central on TBS. The Diamondbacks won the NL West pennant eight games ahead of the San Francisco Giants. The Brewers finished six games ahead of the St. Louis Cardinals on the strength of a 21-7 August run.
