Selection Sunday 2012: Time, TV Schedule And More

Selection Sunday is finally here. Looking for all the coverage information for the NCAA Tournament Selection Show? We’ve got you covered.

At long last, the 2012 NCAA Tournament bracket will be released on Sunday. The regular season is over, the conference tournaments are all winding down and all that’s left is the big reveal, completing a week’s worth of work by the NCAA Tournament Selection Committee. There are just a few hours left until bubble teams learn their fate, top-ranked teams find out their seeds and the March Madness bracket competitions begin.

Once again, CBS has the exclusive rights to the NCAA bracket show. The traditional Selection Sunday show will feature the reveal, done by regions, followed by bracket analysis from the CBS panel of experts.

Selection Sunday comes at the end of a process that began on Tuesday, with the committee constantly poring over statistics, rankings and just about every piece of information about potential NCAA Tournament teams imaginable.

Here’s the information for Sunday’s NCAA Tournament Selection Show.

Time: 6 p.m. Eastern

TV Coverage: The show itself airs live on CBS. There will also be a follow-up show, NCAA Hardcore Brackets, on truTV at 7 p.m. Eastern.

Hosts: Greg Anthony, Greg Gumbel, Seth Davis, Jim Nantz, Clark Kellogg and Steve Kerr.
