2012 NFL Draft Results: Chiefs, Seahawks, Texans Make Selections With Picks 74-76

Those teams looking for offensive tackles, quarterbacks and guards will have less to choose from as the 3rd round of the 2012 NFL Draft rolls along after selections 74-76.

With the 74th overall selection in the draft, the Kansas City Chiefs selected offensive tackle Donald Stephenson from Oklahoma. Stephenson is a big guy with great size and athleticism, but he isn't particularly strong for his size. He's played on both sides for the Sooners and has a better chance to start at right tackle than left in the pros.

The Seattle Seahawks added quarterback Russell Wilson from Wisconsin with the 75th pick. Wilson transferred from NC State to Wisconsin after graduating, and in his only season as UW's quarterback, led them to the Rose Bowl.

With the 76th pick, the Houston Texans made a surprising selection with OG Brandon Brooks from Miami of Ohio. Brooks was not invited to the NFL Combine.

Results from the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft can be found here, and second round results are available here. For more player rankings and draft information, check out Mocking the Draft.
