2012 NFL Draft Results: Jets, Titans Shore Up Needs At Safety

The New York Jets and Tennessee Titans' pass defenses were routinely punished deep last season, but not because they have inferior cornerback play. They have mediocre safeties and not very many of them. Both teams tried to shore up depth in that area late in the sixth round, with the Jets taking Wake Forest safety Josh Bush and the Titans taking Oklahoma State free safety Markelle Martin.

186. Dallas Cowboys: Oklahoma TE James Hanna, 6'4", 252 pounds

187. New York Jets: Wake Forest S Josh Bush, 5’11”, 208 pounds

188. Denver Broncos: Kentucky LB Danny Travathan, 6'0", 237 pounds

189. Oakland Raiders: Georgia State DE Christo Bilukidi, 6'5" 290 pounds

190. Tennessee Titans: Oklahoma State S Markelle Martin, 6’1” 207 pounds
