The New England Patriots and New York Giants didn't practice on Wednesday but the NFL requires them to submit an injury report anyway. Why? I don't know.
The Giants-Patriots Practice Report (Even Though They Didn’t Practice)
The player of note at this point is Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski, who missed a portion of the AFC Championship game with an ankle injury. He would have missed practiced but he's expected to play in the game either way.
