2012 Super Bowl Prop Bets: LeBron James And Phil Mickelson Vs. Deion Branch And Steve Weatherford

It’s a running joke that people who don’t like sports still watch the Super Bowl for the commercials. The big game attracts one other kind of person who doesn’t necessarily like sports, however, and that is people who like to throw down money on things that they have no control over. The prop bets for the Super Bowl are always glorious, especially when they include other sports.

There are two different prop bets available at the moment involving the Super Bowl and how it relates to other sporting events. If you're so inclined, you can bet on LeBron James points-plus-rebounds in the Heat's game against the Raptors vs. the number of receiving yards that Deion Branch will record. James is the favorite at -3.5.

You can also bet on whether or not Phil Mickelson has more birdies in the final round of the Phoenix Open than the Giants have punts. Phil is the favorite at -0.5.
