Although most NFL scouts have already departed the East-West Shrine game for the Senior Bowl, there is still a game to be played today (4 p.m. ET, NFL Network). While the Shrine Game is largely considered a secondary all-star game, it’s had four second-round picks the past two seasons. Who will be those players this year?

it could be Coastal Carolina cornerback Josh Norman (East). Coming into the week, Norman's size (6-foot-1, 203 pounds) was his obvious plus. But according to those in attendance, he was consistent throughout the week and displayed plus ball skills. if there is an injury to a defensive back at the Senior Bowl, Norman could get called in.

Another small school player garnering much attention on the East team was Tennessee-Chattanooga quarterback B.J. Coleman. He started the week strong and continued to impress with his arm and leadership ability.
Tennessee running back Tauren Poole won't get drafted overly high and he's not a game breaking No. 1 in the NFL. But by all accounts, he helped himself by showcasing his physical running style and ability to burst through the hole.
In Miami (Ohio) guard Brandon Brooks (West), a power-blocking lineman really emerged during practices. He's a strong road grader who is hard to push back. For teams like Baltimore, Dallas or San Francisco, Brooks could be a good option.
Boise State defensive end Tyrone Crawford (West) could fit as a right end in the 4-3 and hold up in a 3-4. He's stout against the run and shows some quickness to rush the passer.
Several wide receivers will get the headlines in today's games. B.J. Cunningham of Michigan State (East), A.J. Jenkins of Illinois (East) and Jarius Wright (West) are arguably the biggest names on the rosters. Each, however, has distinct flaws in their games. Cunningham doesn't have great speed and may struggle to get separation. Jenkins is average to good in all areas and has a lean frame. Wright has speed but is undersized. The Shrine Game is full of small-school prospects who are raw and may need a couple years of development. No one epitomizes that more than Regina defensive tackle Akiem Hicks (East), a long-limbed 6-foot-5, 325-pound power lineman with a good first step. If he lines up against Brooks, it could be the individual matchup of the day.
A small school player who could shine against those receivers is Hampton’s Micah Pellerin (East). He has good length at 6-foot-1 but is technically flawed.
