The No. 4 Ohio St. Buckeyes built a 20-point halftime lead as they cruised to a 78-54 win over the Penn St. Nittany Lions to improve to 18-3 on the season.

Jared Sullinger had 20 points and 13 rebounds in the Ohio State Buckeyes’ 78-54 win over the Penn State Nittany Lions.


Sophomore forward Jared Sullinger led the Buckeyes with 20 points and 13 rebounds in leading the Buckeyes to a third straight win before the team's big game with No. 20 Michigan Wolverines on Saturday afternoon. Senior guard William Buford chipped in with 15 points and nine rebounds for the Buckeyes, hitting three of six from beyond the arc.
For Penn State, junior guard Tim Frazier led the team with 16 points on six-of-17 shooting while sophomore guard Jermaine Marshall finished with 14 points, struggling with just one-of-six on three-point attempts. The Nittany Lions fell to 10-12 on the season and are 2-7 within the Big Ten. Penn State is off until next Wednesday night when they host the Wisconsin Badgers, who are currently ranked 25th.
