The New England Patriots defeated the Buffalo Bills, 52-28, Sunday behind a huge offensive performance.

The offense exploded in the second half with 45 points while holding the Buffalo offense to only 14 points. Tom Brady was 22-of-36 for 340 yards, three touchdowns and zero interceptions in the winning effort. All-in-all, the New England Patriots dominated Sunday in every aspect of the game. Most importantly, writes Greg Knopping of SB Nation's New England Patriots blog, Pats Pulpit, the Patriots' win helps them keep pace in the AFC East.

All-in-all, the Patriots answered the call today, and now sit tied for the AFC East lead at 2-2. The team clearly has a long way to go, and have yet to click on all cylinders for an entire game. That being said, the Patriots second half dominance was truly astounding -- and most importantly, allowed the Patriots to avoid that dreaded 1-3 hole.

The Patriots look to carry the momentum from Sunday's victory into their Week 5 matchup with the Denver Broncos.
