The New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles always provide high drama, and Sunday Night Football in Week 4 was no different. A series of penalties on New York’s final drive eventually resulted in a missed 54-yard field goal by Lawrence Tynes, and Philly snuck away with the 19-17 victory.
