Cardinals vs. Nationals, 2012 NLDS Game 3: Time, TV schedule, starting pitchers and more
Washington, D.C. will experience postseason baseball for the first time since 1933.

The teams split the first two games at Busch Stadium in St. Louis. The NL East champion Nationals used a late rally to top the defending World Champs in Game 1, but the Cardinals tied the series with a convincing 12-4 win in Game 2.
Edwin Jackson will start for Washington, pitching against the team he played for last season. He was 10-11 with a 4.03 ERA for the Nats this year. Chris Carpenter gets the ball for the Cardinals. The first inning of Game 3 will be just his 18th inning pitched all season, after a nerve problem kept him out most of the year.
