Cardinals, Nationals set Game 3 lineups

The St. Louis Cardinals and Washington Nationals have announced their starting lineups for Game 3 of their National League Division Series.

Both batting orders are identical in spots 1-8 to the lineups that delivered 16 runs on 23 hits in Game 2 on Monday. Chris Carpenter -- who has only thrown 17 innings this season after sitting out most of the year -- will face off against former Cardinals starter Edwin Jackson to try to claim the first postseason victory in Washington, D.C. since 1933.

First pitch is set for 1:00 ET and the game will be broadcast on MLB Network.
