That’s from Friday’s Cards-Nats game. Now, I’m not saying we should turn over the job of calling balls and strikes to a PITCHf/x-type system of cameras and ... no, wait. That’s exactly what I’m saying. We should definitely do that.

Incidentally, the black square is the strike zone as called by the umpires. If it were the rule book strike zone it’d be taller than it is wide for everyone who’s ever played in the majors except this guy:
