‘Gangnam Style’ made Dwight Howard’s back all better

The popular dance routine was a key element of Howard’s rehabilitation from offseason back surgery.

You thought "Gangnam Style" was only good for Internet sharing, dance parties and breaks in the action at sporting events, didn't you? Turns out, it can actually fix people's injured body parts. Just read Dwight Howard's story, via Lakers Nation.

“Gangnam style has helped me strengthen my core and lower back. I’ve got a great PT program, but this dance has taken me to the next level,” said Howard.

Who knew the dance had so much crossover appeal?
